Brewers System Report: Games of May 14, 2010

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 15-20; National League Central): The Brewers lost 9-5 at home to the Phillies. Milwaukee tied the game 3-3 with three solo homers in the bottom of the third. But, the Phillies scored three times in the fourth and pulled away from the Brewers.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 21-13; Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds lost 4-3 to Tacoma at home. Nashville led 3-1 heading to the top of the ninth, but the Rainiers scored three runs on two homers in the top of the ninth.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 18-17; Southern League North Division): The Stars won 3-2 at Montgomery. Scott Krieger’s home run in the top of the seventh broke a 2-2 tie.

BREVARD COUNTY (Advanced-A: 13-21 overall; Florida State League North Division): The Manatees lost 4-2 to Daytona. Trey Watten (’09) pitched 5-2/3 scoreless innings and left with the game tied 0-0. The Cubs scored four runs in the top of the seventh inning off the Brevard County bullpen for the win.
